to answer your question, I can not think of 1 reason how I would benefit borrowing $300K and buying a rental.. even if i was to do it with straight cash (which I could do) and have no mortgage so its cash flow positive. I would still lose out in the end as housing prices correct.
so tell me, whats this good reason?
