so, let's try and clear this up for you, please read it s l o w l y,
'solutions' as you put it and say that I've voiced ---------- are NOT the same as identifying problems, which you call ''stipulating the problems'',
now I know this will be a mental stretch for you - let's simplify it --
identifying a problem doesn't = solution to the problem

now, when that one sinks in, you'll also one day in a few decades got that I would not have clearly identified the root causes of whatever current 'problem's are either -
you will find that in the past I've probably stated obvious things - like anger from being invaded, too short a time for 50,000 years of culture to just be expected to change step in 200 years, etc etc.. I would have also stated that the situation is very complex and there would more than likely be no one tablet fix and even if there were it would take decades at least after making change.
