Ahh yes I did forget to add the 200mil in equity good point sorry about that!
But our NTA is now sub 30's when you add the dilution we just received.
ATM our market cap is 60Mil. They have stated that they won't start trading again until the cap raising has been issued. So there for you got to assume cap raising will be below the last trading price as after the cap raising your NTA will drop.
this will mean a dilution of 3.33x current NTA bit less then I suggested before. However thats at current market prices.
So excluding the capital that has just been raised that will mean sub 10c NTA but once again youd have to add the 200mil back to the NTA. I think the key here is you need to pump in as much as you can in the cap raising to limit you dilution.
might have to go see the bank manager tommorrow!
