The 4.39 ann was because the JORC cert was omiited in the orig ann'.... the closing auction is the same as the start up at 10am but in reverse.

What would have happened here is that at 3.52 EFE went preopen.. coming out at 4.02... straight into auction.. bid of 150k at 19c entered took out all sellers 94k with 56 k remaining.. the buyer could have entered the bid at any time whilst in preopen.. ie 3.52 to 4.09.

Great timing... very lucky or in-the=know... either way buyer ver sure of the high bid in a usually quiet stock...preopen in the morning will be interesting!!
