Happy to be corrected on this, but historically the Greenbushes mine was/is the world's largest hard rock lithium mine in the 4 main measures - so
reserves,
resources (MRE at 360.2Mt at 1.5%Li2O at CoG 0.5%),
so that should take care of the first two (don't sde Moblan ...yet)
leaving
production: Greenbushes accounted for ~38% of global hard rock lithium output in 2021, which if I have it right, Greenbuses current has 1,550Ktpy of SC6 in production (or in final stages of ramp up) with another 520Ktpy coming online in 2025
and
capacity: Greenbushes accounted for 22% of total global capacity in 2021 (hardrock was 60% of global production and GB was 39%, hence ~20%). I guess this may drop significantly with the very large brine and clay sourced projects coming online in the next couple of years.
That in a nutshell is my argument. Did I cover that off for you @arfbarf and everyone else that seems to think that PLL holders are stupid.
And now you know Ian.
