Throwing this out there as I think they are pertinent points to consider and discuss:

What would be the look-through gearing of MDT after the $200 million? Is it significantly reduced? If not, then consider that this might be the first of one or two more rounds of capital raisings.

What is the distributable income per security going to look like after capital raising?

What will the NTA post capital raising be?

PS: Note in relation to my first point I have said before on other threads that in principal I am not necessarily opposed to capital raisings per se.
