the original decree split the whole tenement and that certainly wasn't in line with mining code, so that needed to be scrapped in any case which it has; the decree for down south only included mining license for that area, as per mining code it should have included ALL 13359.. so it was incorrect as per mining code and so in line with mining code, should have been scrapped

now do we get a revised Decree for North and south finally as per and in line with the mining code.

The whole hold up has been due to this north and south split
