Interesting the presso shows that finance is completed!
I saw that a CR was completed and the first tranche is conditional on bond issue completion….but I ain’t seen the notice to the market saying the bond issue is complete and therefore so is finance.
Dont stuff it up this time Baz and Co or you may have a class action case to deal with as well based on the contents of this presso!
