There is nothing positive or negative in this announcement... You would argue negative in that the Decree for half the acreage was cancelled ; yet is that not what we wanted? A decree for the full acreage? do you not need to cancel the wrong one to issue the right one?

There is no positive or negative in this, its an update and people with a positive lens will see positives, non-holders such as you rather amusingly see only negative...
