There is a very good reason not to answer such a hypothetical.
It is reliant on assumptions which cannot be easily proven. What for example is a 'known associate'?
There are clear arguments available to support a nothing to see here view as far as ASIC is concerned imo, largely based on the time that has elapsed and changing market considerations.
I get that it may appear to many to be somewhat underhanded or worse but there is no evidence of it and I doubt there ever will be.
