does anyone have access to the actual decree as our announcement cancels our renunciation of rights in northern , basically reinstating, and cancels conversion in south ie adds north cancels south
not that it matters, negotiate a solution acceptable to ALL parties jin Avz and drc or lose it all and probably in a very short time
