...potential there for some manipulation (nothing new in that) but if the drawdown is at higher prices than present and AVR avoids having to go cap in hand more regularly surely that is a win...
...that aside the deal appears to give AVR plenty of flexibility going forward whilst also providing a certain degree of financial security...
