Hum was happy to bare the costs of the failed LFS take over despite the contract stating these costs would be born by LFS. I vaguely remember these costs being about 15 million?
What's a few more million if it enables us to get to the bottom of this?
A class action would almost definitely drop the share price again (good time to top up!). It would only be a temporary drop and may result in flushing out who has really been behind all these games. This would put an end to the manipulation and allow the stock freedom to organically appreciate, which it is bound to do as far value is well north of $1.00.
