Poole has claimed more than $600K from Adavale for 'consultancy' fees in less than 3yrs.
This is the price of a house or 12 times the average yearly income.
What has it achieved?
It is a disgrace - unless Adavale can deliver before the next AGM I suggest some major shareholders here consider voting him off the Board.
I know of 3 substantial holders who may consider this option if nothing has changed by the next AGM.
Thoughts?
He does have a sound knowledge with coal but lets wait to see how much he has ripped us off in the next Q. I'm tipping $150K+
