It actually beats the hell out of me how you can continue to defend a Government with such an awful track record of failed schemes and broken promises.
Emperor Rudd seems to be on an incredible ego trip. I would imagine that his party cohorts (many who have always disliked him) are getting sick of him standing in the front of the cameras when something "good" is to be announced but hiding under the desk when they have to explain that it ended up being another mess or broken promise.
Remember back in February when he went to talk to the Insulation industry representatives outside Parliament House. With rolled up sleeves and his little note book. "I get it". Made me want to vomit. What a fake. To him it is all about politics (winning the next election) - nothing to do with sensibly running our beautiful country. He doesn't get it at all.
The sooner he buggers off the the U.N. the better.
