Can AVZ re submit its application now to the MoM, and if not actioned within 30days have it awarded by the courts. This point was discussed previously.

if awarded by the courts as all 4 elements of technical opinion are correct, would that be for the entire 13559. I think so, as it was based on the DFS.

Then, can the MoM withdraw the PE awarded by the courts.

surface rights would not then be an issue as the court has awarded the PE based on the correct surface metres.

I guess we will find out in a few days what the plan is.
