"A cross trade occurs when a broker executes an order to buy and sell the same security at the same time, in which both the buyer and seller are clients of the broker".
So a broker has a client (or clients) that want to sell a stake in BOT, whilst simultaneously having another client that wants to buy into BOT. The trade is executed by the broker rather than through the ASX.
