Springtree have a strategy in place and they remain very disciplined.

On a monthly basis they:

1. Provide $700,000 to Prima and at the same time the are active in keeping the price as low as possible.

2. They receive 5 million plus shares at around 13 cents.

3. They then are active in increasing the price. Half the buys that we are seeing at 15 and 16 cents are PROBABLY orders from Springtree. The remainder are from genuine buyers who do not want to miss the boat.

4. The sellers that come in at below the lowest sell price that we can see on the screen are mainly from Springtree which means that they are selling to themselves and to the genuine buyers. Eventually (3-4 days) they will have unloaded their 5 million shares at a profit of somewhere between 15%and 20%.

5. The down cycle - point 1 - then commences once again.

IMO, it is positive news or a leak of anticipated positive news that will cause the share price to rise - substantially. In the meantime, we have to live with the Springtree games.
