I reckon you are spot on the money my friend.

SP, i dont think you are wrong with your comments, but I would encourage risk/reward analysis to be added to your assessments. IFE have clearly deemed that foregoing some short-term cashflow in exchange for practically de-risking the company to be a smart business decision. Clearly some in the market do not thing so, and that is their choice and right. But for those selling or thinking about it, I would suggest considering how you are going to get back in once the BFS arrives, etc. My guess is that this register is getting more and more bolstered by longtermers who, only a few days ago, probably didnt see this stock coming back below $1.50. So dont expect too many shares to be available on the way back up, the shop is shutting and the bargains wont last for much longer IMHO.

But goodluck to everyone who thinks they can make a buck either way.
