It's not from a loan, it was never a loan.
FSCo has utilised the services of Spenda in a cross border transaction (which has previously been announced), plus likely other transactions. Spenda charge a fee to FSCo for this, instead of FSC paying an invoice, Soenda has said hey Lambo, instead of paying us that invoice, how about you give us 4% of your business.
it's that simple.
