Yes, it almost looked like a takeover was probable given the volume last week. Hard to pick right now, as the interest really dropped off.

There were still lots of sellers willing to offload. Is it nerves, knowledge or gut?

VIR has stressed in the last two announcements that "assets are for sale."

Good assets + cashflow = opportunity.

Fundamental problems? Debt and Asset value.

If there was a takeover on the table, the shares should be trading with more consistency and volume (IMHO).

It ran out of steam - or is that a strategy? Buy big, pull out, watch people get nervous and bail... mop up another 10% in short order - rinse and repeat until you own over the threshold, or combine forces with other major shareholders and do a deal for the lot at substantially under market value.

Is everyone waiting for some idea of what the assets will bring if sold? Wind is done. Can Landfill repeat?

No trades today (nearly 2 hours in). Tension mounting!

Friday profit takers - no buyers around.

Patience or flight - who wins today?

Who makes good announcements at the end of the week?

I'm tempted to join the flight, but it seems like such a waste (no pun intended).

No compelling reason to sell or buy.

ps had to double check there wasn't a trading halt or something... eerie..
