In all honesty mate I think March-June will tell the story of were we will be at, moving forward, anything ATM will be just noise as I still feel their is more upside than downside, but before I get to excited I would like to see consistency across all parameters.

I do believe Dave has definitely underpromised here due to the major issues and certainly does not want to make that same mistake again.

I think the second half of 2023 will tell the real future story at CAI, its just wether or not we have the balls to hang on. Id like to say I do, but who knows if something else comes up that I feel has a better upside with less risk.
