So your upset because the CR was timely? You would rather they raised now? Or you believe they should have announced a cure to cancer before the raise?

News flash...Keeping a company capitalised is not a game...A CEO can't say 'I'd better wait to raise cash and see if the market rises or falls' nor should they need to deliver some news pump to justify a raise.

The company has a diverse portfolio, the projects require capital...The CEO decided it was the right time considering the push this year and expected increases in expenditure.

There has been ZERO bad news? If the SP was 25c would you be saying the same thing?

Companies also raise capital upon floating? Are they Disallowed salesman for expecting capital to run a company before hitting pay dirt?

I'm absolutely wrapped that my investment is insulated by a healthy cash flow and balance...We don't have to raise capital now because Steven was prudent and timely...Perhaps those funds will ultimately fuel our success this year.

Is Steven a good or bad CEO? I'll reserve my judgement, his done a lot of good things but I need to see more...I'm expecting more out of him too.

Let's hopefully get OmniCar into arms later this year and PTX-100 to a registrational trial, big things to come and with a diversified portfolio I'm expecting some things to fly and some to fall...But that's the beauty of a diversified portfolio, you have risk mitigation and only need one product to succeed.
