Do you think that the perhaps the AZL BLM decision has been delayed due to the Thacker Pass court case? As many have been saying, this is a precedent setting ruling moving forward. Perhaps the Arizona BLM was waiting to see how the issues at Thacker Pass (some similar to Big Sandy) played out. I understand that this ruling is on the Nevada BLM but surely Arizona BLM is related. Just speculating and throwing around some ideas.
