Neil certainly has the experience and the contacts / connections , hes vital to MGU's success , i would like to see him have some more help though , maybe someone based in the US with a background in Steel/ Pig Iron , and i think that will happen once they start to make some progress . As for the Non exec chair and non exec director , well i think MGU could do with getting someone else to fill them positions , again someone with a decent track record of building small cap explorers from the ground up .
