You can add to that:
4) pit techs/geos that are capable of keeping an eye on the digger, especially on night shift, to make sure ore goes to the ROM and waste goes to the waste dump. Preferably pit techs that are not related to senior personnel so they can be pulled into line when they start running amuck/spend a fair bit of time asleep in their LV.
Have got some experience with OrePro3D, and beats blast balls and blast vectors by a country mile. But with everything in life, you need people who know what they're doing, rubbish in, rubbish out. Don't know whether they have such a person on site at the moment, let's hope for the best.
