When I bought into EXR before the SPP the risks were way higher I have not sold one share as this is a LTH, like Tui has always said "It don't come easy". If you don't like the ups and downs then you should probably try Lotto either that or grow some real figs between your legs.
First flow rates are looking good but reserves, O/take agreements and eventual T/O will shine for EXR until then there is always Friday night bingo at your local CWA.
