    Yes, and I was ready to sell some also but changed tactics when the news came out on NGPL as I think the funds will now see the upside with PIH as the issue with the FERC has been resolved and it may also turn out to be a real bonus pending a further news release re a possible increase in NGPL's profitability

    I'm now re-rating PIH as a long term buy with the divi at the moment at 30 cents and I expect down the track for this to increase also
