I would think that with the RI now being closed, Pattersons would have an idea of how many shareholders subscribed, and therefore how many they would be picking up themselves.
With such thin volume lately, it would require very minimal effort to positively influence the share price to move upwards. A couple hundred grand could potentially run the sp into the low teens, maximising their gains when the shares are issued.
Definitely is nice to see the stock in green today.
