We have no need of a capital raise. The dollars for the drills announced will come from S32. AQD will them get their 15% loading.. Ausquest is unique in the fact, that we have a deal with S32, that allows us as investors to either lose our investment , or gain the rewards if something is found. The risk is minimised as S32 paying the bills.

I do not need to reiterate , but for the sake of some I will:

S32 are ONLY interested in TIER 1 deposits.. The fact we have areas that S32 are continuing to give the green light on can not be understated .

Those who want to be in ARE in already.

Why add more shares and dilute, to have more in the bank when we do not need it???

This is one of the reasons I feel AQD will Rise this year. As small caps are revisited after 2022 carnage of most small caps. When the number 1 shareholders keeps adding, and DOES NOT SELL 1 share, the only gain he will ever make is when something is found, and S32 spin that asset off, and maybe give us some S32 shares , which of course have a lot more liquidity. AQd will keep doing what its been doing and the shareholders have had their investment back many times over. Its my own thoughts and dont make decisions based on what I think.
