Keep on doing what you are doing. Keep up to date with what the company says it's going to do versus what it is achieving. Keep an eye on any competition drugs. Keep an eye on the companies money in the bank vs. expenditure. Compare market cap with peers (probably the hardest bit)

PTX has a pretty exciting and diverse pipeline. Big picture I think of the pipeline as being PTX100, PTX200, and Omnicar. I include the cell tech into the omnicar basket as it hasnt hit an arm yet.

Individually, PTX 100 and 200 have shown solid clinical response (with a few CRs attached to PTX200). Omicar, with its potential to control drug dosing over a wide spectrum of treatment, holds lots of potential.

So looking at peers and past drug development company evolution, an EV of $50 million for each bit of that pipeline wouldn't seem out of the ballpark. (current market conditions excluded, I am looking longer term). So, a fair value of $150 market cap. PTX is sub $80 million at the moment.

So, as long as there is no negative DD that could cause that difference, PTX is a long-term hold to buy for me. I grabbed as many of those cheapies as I could yesterday. I have converted 1.28 million options (hopefully actioned this week) and will convert the rest before the end of the month. I grabbed some more OCs yesterday when they discounted to heads.

The difference between real market cap vs fair value is how I determine to buy sell or hold. I will take some profit if it trades above whete I think it should be, I buy more when its below where I think it should be. Charts help refine the price.
