That practice can be reflected from multiple perspectives.
If you don't bribe when you need to to protect shareholders' legal interests in a corrupted country, then the MD is incompetent. Sadly yes your legal rights may need illegal/immoral practices for safeguard because a reliable working government and law system simply doesn't exist
i understand however that 'bribery' may be legally and/or morally wrong practice, and I am not suggesting how AVZ management should have handled their business operation.
