luckily houses don't have O rings, but nevertheless have been successfully launched into the stratosphere with the aid of govt funded booster rockets.
What will be the housing market equivalent of the O ring?
Surely the govt must be ready to counteract a broadside to a market that is now heavily dependent on govt manipulation in order to maintain momentum, but is now as finely balanced as a rocket.
Like NASA, the govt just doesn't want to go there.
