how does this explanation (re: why they stopped posting top 20) sit with what you were told @jctrout back in Dec/Jan??...something about protecting long term holder privacy?
another reason the bored choose to now post the top 20 (having taken MINs side) could be to spook SH into accepting the min offer by showing all the upcoming shares being ceded to the offer by mins supporters - who may have been actively picking up dribs and drabs over the last couple of months
What could make the bored be so motivated? ...mmm...maybe...for the bored to get rollover relief, on their $3 and $7 million dollar windfalls, MIN is going to need 80 or 90% take up. And if MIN don't get it, and the bored cede the shares to min...albaneasy will be there with his sack, ready for his top marginal rate fill of oysters...the bored and anyone else taking up...will have to stump up cash...or pearls...albaneasy is not interested in min shares...
