I struggle to see any positives from this redemption result.

This is just under 72% redemptions!

Any way you look at it Sizzle management hasn’t done a great job convincing their shareholders what they are doing is a good thing….

I get that some redemptions were to be expected….given that the investors signed up to invest in hospitality…. but to not convince 72% of their investors tells me they probably got proposing this deal to their investors wrong…..

It only leaves $45M left, and $25M will go in transaction costs, leaving $20M in cash, which raises the question…can/should it even go ahead..?

Keen to hear your feed back BRProject….. as you are much more familiar with these SPAC deals…hopefully I'm missing something here....
