Well whoever just sold $.0385's, I and some others, in some small manner say, thanks for the stock.
That some investors are now selling this stock at pre-Bio Horizons deal levels is disappointing and a bit silly IMO.
6.05pm on 27 June the Bio HOrizons deal was announced and it closed at $0.39 cents the next trading day.
The deal entirely dispelled the otherwise very necessary need for a capital raise and strongly insured OCC's future as a going concern until it reaches positive cash flow. I shrug my shoulders unsurprised and buy a little more at these levels.
The Striate deal announcement followed 15 months after FDA approval. I'd imagine a Remplir deal will be announced far sooner following approval. And that would be a very big "milestone" event.
