Just spoke with Managing Counsel at my place of employ. Explained the situation in detail and he has indicated that the NWE board seems to have been derelict in their duty to NWE shareholders and would certainly have a case to answer. He also mentioned that they should stand down as they would no longer be acting in the best interest of shareholders. A resolution would need to be put forward, however he said it is difficult for ma & pa investors to do this alone, it would need the backing of a larger holder that have the backroom resources to support the move.

I emailed the Company with my concerns and to voice my opinion. No reply.... The board has made their decision. Emailing the company won't change that.
