Don't really see a improved takeover jointly by the two parties, why would they have too.Already they could swing the vote at any price,hope there is some law against this but who knows with the white shirts!If the meeting is cancelled i can only guess nystar is putting in a proper, few conditions and slightly improved bid,ihope!
