I think 3 bill shares is conservative. Will end up being a lot more IMO. The lower the price the more they get. I think there’s roughly $18.5 mill left to use so if it gets to .001 you’re looking at an around 18.5 bill shares issued although I think there’s a discount built in (all very confusing) so could be issuing more shares than that if issued at less than .001. (Can’t remember if they get options also)
Hence the death spiral.
