I guess if there is a second offer coming - the second bidder would benefit from it not running up - seems someone does not want it past $5.20 - or possibly that is the absolute anyone considers dart to be worth(50cents).
Shell do not benefit from where I am sitting as the higher it runs the more attractive it is for shareholders to vote yes.
Are the short positions all open or being opened and closed consistantly?
If they are open positions I hope someone does not know something us poor old shareholders don't - like a FIRB knockback........
Would def. like to hear a few thoughts/theories on the shorting.....
I also understand that FIRB can take from 1-4 months - anyone know more?
