UHNWI's often worth watching for asset rotation decisions .... Free up circa $80M selling HomeCo shares, for ....
.... could it be for a bid for remaining 222M shares doesn't own in CCX @ c30% takeover premium bid (say 80-90c) = $178-$200M.
Don't think Sandon/Pinnacle/other major holders would entertain that kind of bid, but could certainly get the ball rolling on a serious discussion about putting Phil Ryan out of his misery, and inserting new management expertise to help right the ship & grab unique opportunity to secure a major multi-national retail operation with serious turn-around operating leverage at a very attractive entry price...
