    This is not financial advice.

If investors through Evolution can stump up $24,000,000 at $24.00 a share and get an option to pay $29.00 per share to convert an option into an FPO, I will happily buy more if it gets down well enough where I'll be happy to buy some more.

I welcome capital raises with high net worth investors because it generally makes the share price rise as overall the retailers feel confident to pay up as they have.

David Williams at PNV said everytime he raised capital the share price rose and is now worth somewhere around $1.5b

We well and truly can be like that. We can really obtain such a valuation. As time goes by and boxes are ticked, trials, results so far being outstanding, high net worth and the register improving with funding etc, I re-evaluate the situation and my thinking matures with the investment and knowledge improving in the space, I feel more comfortable with growing my exposure and or investing in a more probable outcome of higher valuations.

I bought CUV at 95c years ago not knowing much about the product but thinking it was a smallish market. Had one US fund in it who paid around $2.00 but phase 3 trials were sweet and it was just starting sales. Around $40-60m mc I think. Has 43m shares and it's worth $1.5b there abouts now. It can take years to see these values come about though. AVR to me is one of those once in a lifetime investments you need to have to secure a better future. Some can say it's luck but I've spent 12 years in this now and have always had complete confidence in the adapt platform and it's quality. It's king! I've said that before. Even in stem cell work it was outstanding at growing stemcells.  My Mrs loves it too, she's an ICU nurse. The results at the AGM last year really highlighted how well this is performing. She wasn't really into sitting there for an hour or so but at the end she was right into it. I already knew I could've spent all day listening in that room.

Tavr is a bigger market and more well known.

Now you all know too, it's run by Wayne Paterson who is the person who decided to go with a heart valve and a single piece heart valve, alongside the brilliant professor Neethling behind the Adapt platform. Our first three products are being sold by Let Maitre ( market cap of $1b on Google( not sure if that's in US Dollars or AUD) @synaphai can you check that denomination out? I've always wondered about that, in the US. They in their own right are a big player founded in 1983 who sell directly to hospitals in 28 countries and through distributors in more than 70 countries.

There is nothing at all, that indicates to me there is no reason to reduce my position in the company but in fact, to increase it.

    The fundamentals are only improving.

Do as you will, I don't care. I love the company like Warren Buffett loves his insurance company or Sees candy.

I rather hold this for another 12 years than trade in and out for rubbish money in other companies that I don't know that well.

At $330m market cap, I value this at $1b right now and this will be proven after the first US trial

That's why big time investors want to pay $24m for 1,000,000 shares and then pay $29.00 for more.

    Good luck to you all
