4. if its a big epr coming out to tender for 90 trusts we would see RFI/RFT/RFQ as generally these trusts wont sole source on a large tender like this for fairness they need to go out to market. Another poster has showed how 3 trusts are banding together for a 155 million pound project.
5. How many of these 90 trusts will combine to a multi trust or district solution ? I remember Kate saying the trusts are talking about combining to districts . Ie maybe 10-20 opps not 90

when sales managers or sales reps start being vague its usuall because the timeline of the deal is slipping AND they dont know how much it is slipping to. Id want clarity on slippage in pipeline close dates.

i am still confident the company is growing and enterprise deals take time; but a little concerned how UK mkt has been portrayed is a little too optimistic is all.

i remember selling to agencies on compliance requirments, or things like PCI DSS credit card compliance; and so long as there was a "loose plan" in place to kick off a project by 2023 thats all that was needed; and it might take several more years before it all happens; with a couple leading the way buying first and others coming much later

Some great questions and i agree UK position has been portrayed too optimistic? Few questions from me

Does Alcidion even have a EPR or is it an amalgamation of products from different vendors with some built-in capabilities? Atleast a year ago they were just into patient flow solutions, are we saying they have built all the functionalities for an EPR (like cerner, epic etc) in couple of years?

What would be Alcidion's revenue share for an EPR if they dont have all the modules built in?
