What do you mean Ag equiv is just fluff? Never heard such a ridiculous statement! Last time I checked high-grade zinc, high-grade lead and even the lowish-grade copper are all extremely valuable constituents of the ore.
The Ag equiv number is used purely to simplify the description for headlines rather than having to quote 4 or 5 different metals and their respective concentrations which can be confusing for some.
The Ag equiv value of 116.1m @ 1,003 g/t AgEq also has a footnote reference in the announcement (pasted below) to show the values of the various metals that LDR used for equivalency. You can debate subtle adjustments to the spot values for the various metals but the Ag equiv number is still going to be stellar ...
