OVF , Thanks for your kind acknowledgment. One point that needs to be addressed again was a recent comment negatively aimed at PH for selling some shares at .49.

It’s obvious the posters who make these comments have never run a company of their own. Ever created a startup company and probably never been involved in any commercial venture.

Chairmen who create start ups are using exactly the same business model as property developers who build high rise unit developments.

They put everything on the line to create something very significant. They aren’t rich before creating the business and making it successful.

PH has started 3 new biotechs in the last 8 years. That costs a lot of money. There comes a time they need to sell some of their holdings to stay afloat. Just like property developers sell off strata units.

That’s how it works. Property developers often try to keep the ground floor commercial units for their long term wealth and asset growth. They take some cash to acquire their next sites. And to pay for marketing, design and govt approvals of their next venture.

That is exactly what PH has done. Created 3 biotechs, All three look to have great potential. But he needed to pay the bills he created in doing so.

Anybbody who can’t understand this shouldn’t be investing in the business model, In fact if it wasn’t for people like PH you wouldn’t have the opportunity to invest.

HC is a great place to exchange ideas and learn, but unfortunately there are so many posters who haven’t got a clue and even less real work experience.

Do the smart thing. Relentlessly hit the ignore button. Every time a troll or a fool pops up. Just follow posters who inspire you with their ability to make you think.
