i went to an auction yesterday in melbourne and the agent had the audacity to tell the crowd that he doesnt want to spend all day here so lets get on with the bidding. He said it twice during thr auction and i thought what an arrogant uneducated pr!ck.
Also the same property was quoted 800-850k. The bid was 860 and it still wasnt on the market even though it was 10k over the high amount of the range.
This happens every week where prices have reached above the highend of the range and not on the market.
These overpaid, blood sucking, horse riding scumbags need to be heavily regulated.
