I think you're bitter about the share price - I share that with you. Not sure what you expected, but $20 share price seems unrealistic to me, though.
As Peter Drucker said: The only essential areas of a company are marketing (understanding the market) and innovation. The latter is where AGL needs work, it just shouldn't be done in a way the company is wrecked, that's all.
