facts are
- there has been no public or shareholder demo and there is no date set for any
- the share price is at multi year lows and getting lower
-EM said they’d provide funding by the end of 2022 and haven’t, again with no date provided for when funding may be provided
- the company as less than 1 quarter of funds available
- the chip has ongoing, yet to be resolved issues and has for a long while
