What risk is there? The WBT CEO has already stated on record they are talking to "basically every Tier 1 Fab" - his words not mine.
Reading between the lines that means the chip will be available as an IP license from "basically every Tier 1 Fab" considering they stated last week they are now going after the NOR and EEPROM markets its something around $10Bn USD.
If you don't want free money then 'risk' it in 4DS for a 30-40c sale. Which is probably < 5x for you to begin with considering you're bag holding.
