I think you are wrong about them already having the approval but time will tell. A lot of sites state ‘’BPH wish to go ahead with drilling subject to NOPTA approval’, one of these sites being a natural gas website so I’m clearly not the only idiot that thinks BPH will have to be in the same position they were the first time before they can drill.
